About – A single door access control system. All the electronics are within the housing of the keypad. Compact systems can be installed to many doors over a site. The keypad has volt free relay contacts which allows the direct opening of gates and barriers, without the need to fit additional relays. The backlit keys make it easy to use, even in low light conditions.
Installation – The compact keypad has two wires which connect to the lock and two wires which connect to the power supply. There are two wires for connection to an exit button if required. The cable exits centrally from the back of the keypad making drilling and mounting very accurate. All settings and codes are programmed via the keypad using the master code. The keypad also has volt free relay contacts to trigger devices such as gates or barriers.
Operation – If a valid code is entered access is granted. Codes are changed via the keypad using the master code.
